Religious Education Disclaimer

IHYARA Centre is an independent multi-purpose learning, training and wellbeing space. It is not a mosque, madrasah, religious school, Islamic education institution, or theological authority.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, programmes conducted or hosted at IHYARA Centre are intended for personal development, wellbeing, skills training, community engagement, professional development and educational enrichment. They are not represented as formal Islamic religious education, religious certification, or a substitute for instruction from appropriately qualified religious teachers.

Certain programmes may discuss ruqyah, spiritual wellbeing, Islamic perspectives, Qur'anic references, Prophetic traditions or faith-based practices where these are relevant to the subject being explored. Such references are presented within the context and scope of the respective programme and should not automatically be understood as constituting a formal course of Islamic religious instruction.

IHYARA Centre does not confer religious qualifications, issue religious rulings (fatwa), or represent itself as an authority on Islamic theology or jurisprudence.

Where a programme constitutes Islamic religious instruction or otherwise falls within the requirements of Singapore's applicable Asatizah Recognition Scheme (ARS), Islamic Education Centres and Providers (IECP) framework, or other regulatory requirements, the relevant requirements shall apply.

Programmes hosted by independent trainers, facilitators, organisations or venue hirers do not necessarily represent the views, teachings or endorsement of IHYARA Centre.

Participants seeking authoritative religious guidance on matters of Islamic law, theology or religious practice are encouraged to consult appropriately qualified and recognised religious teachers or the relevant religious authorities in Singapore.

IHYARA Centre reserves the right to clarify the nature, scope and classification of individual programmes where necessary.

IHYARA Centre is an independent learning, training and wellbeing space and is not a mosque, madrasah or religious institution.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, programmes are offered for educational enrichment, personal development and wellbeing purposes. Programmes constituting regulated religious instruction remain subject to applicable Singapore requirements.
