A dedicated session for prospective vendors to submit their application for the upcoming weekend market. We will discuss participation requirements, stall arrangements, and event logistical details to ensure a high-quality market experience.
Cancellation Policy
GENERAL VENDOR BOOKING POLICY Please read before confirming your vendor space. Booking & Payment Vendor spaces are limited and subject to approval by IHYARA Centre. A booking is confirmed only upon acceptance and receipt of the $10 vendor fee, which covers both 9 & 10 October 2026. Confirmed fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Participation & Hours HER Weekend runs from 12 PM–8 PM on both days. Vendors are encouraged to participate for the full duration and should arrive early enough to complete setup before opening. Vendor Space Each vendor receives 1 table and 2 chairs. Displays and merchandise must remain within the allocated space and must not obstruct walkways. Electricity is subject to availability and should be requested beforehand. Products & Sales Only products declared during registration and approved by IHYARA Centre may be sold. Vendors manage their own pricing, payments, transactions, refunds and exchanges. No commission is taken from vendor sales. Food & Consumables Food or consumable vendors are responsible for proper preparation, handling, packaging, storage, labelling and any applicable regulatory requirements. Muslimah-Only Environment HER Weekend is a Muslimah-only event. Vendors must respect the privacy and comfort of visitors. Please obtain permission before photographing or recording anyone. Responsibility Vendors are responsible for the safety and quality of their products, merchandise, cash, equipment and personal belongings. Vendor areas must be kept clean and cleared after use. Cancellation / No-Show Please inform IHYARA Centre promptly if you are unable to attend. Fees will not be refunded for cancellations or no-shows. Event Arrangements IHYARA Centre may make reasonable changes to vendor placement, layout or arrangements where necessary for the smooth running of the event. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to observe these policies.
