Space Hire Rates

Hourly Hire

From $40 per hour

Evening Session

Up to 3 hours — $100

Half-Day Hire

Up to 4 hours — $140

Full-Day Hire

Up to 8 hours — $250

Special rates may be considered for selected community initiatives, recurring programmes, and collaborative partners.

Suitable For

Classes and workshops, small-group training, talks and discussions, coaching sessions, community gatherings, planning meetings, book circles, and other suitable educational or purpose-driven activities.

All bookings are subject to availability and suitability of use. IHYARA Centre reserves the right to review and approve booking requests in accordance with the Centre's values, space guidelines, and intended use.
